Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will provide administrative support across the warehouse and maintenance functions, ensuring accurate receipting, reporting and data management to support site operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Warehouse department
- Assisting with receipting of orders into the ERP system, resolving PO discrepancies and fulfilling work order pick slips
- Supporting stocktakes and inventory activities
- Providing administrative support to the Maintenance team and backfill coverage during leave or peak periods
- Coordinating with Procurement and Accounts Payable to resolve PO, invoice and vendor issues
- General administration including data entry, filing, archiving and record management
- Delivering a high level of internal customer service across site
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and supporting agreed initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with site safety, environmental and company policies and procedures
You will bring:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role, ideally within a warehouse environment in mining or construction
- Knowledge of parts and components used in heavy equipment maintenance an advantage
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A proactive, team-focused approach with strong communication skills
- Current QLD Class C Driver’s Licence
