Our Albany store is looking for a passionate Casual Retail Team Member who loves delivering great customer experiences and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment. Based at our Barbeques Galore Albany store, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, working as part of a team, and helping create amazing outdoor living experience
About the Role
As a Casual Team Member, you will:
Deliver exceptional customer service and create genuine customer connections
Assist customers with BBQs, outdoor furniture, heating and accessories
Support visual merchandising and store presentation
Process sales and assist with stock replenishment
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and operational goals
Help bring our CARE selling approach to life through confident conversations and recommendations
What We’re Looking For
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
A positive attitude with strong communication skills
Someone who enjoys working in a team environment
Availability across weekdays, weekends and peak trading periods
Ability to safely lift and move stock when required.
