Housekeeping Site Manager (Hotel Services)

$70,000 – $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation
About the Role
As a Site Manager at IHS, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of housekeeping and public area services within a premium hotel site in Sydney.
You’ll lead and support a team of supervisors, team leaders, and attendants to ensure high service standards, efficient operations, and a positive client experience.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing site performance, supporting team capability, maintaining quality and safety standards, and building strong relationships with hotel stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day housekeeping and public area operations within the hotel
- Leading, coaching, and supporting Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Attendants
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of site team members
- Maintaining strong relationships with hotel management and key stakeholders
- Monitoring service standards and responding to operational issues
- Conducting quality inspections and service audits across guest rooms and public areas
- Managing rosters, labour allocation, and daily operational reporting
- Ensuring compliance with WHS, hygiene, and infection control standards
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices
About You
- 2–4 years’ experience in hotel housekeeping, facilities, or hospitality operations
- Experience leading or supervising operational teams
- Background in 4- or 5-star hotel environments highly regarded
- Strong organisational and people leadership skills
- Good understanding of WHS and hygiene compliance standards
- Confident with rostering systems, reporting, and digital tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
