About the role
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide accurate, timely and high quality coded data for complex inpatient separations across all hospitals within Western NSW Local Health District, using the current edition of ICD-10-AM, ACHI and the Australian Coding Standards, as well as relevant national and state coding decisions, while also participating in coding quality activities to support data accuracy and consistency.
The location of this position can be negotiated within the Western NSW Local Health District.
