What you'll be doing
As the Clinical Nurse Educator, you will lead, coordinate and evaluate clinical education programs that enhance nursing capability, support best practice and improve patient outcomes across the rehabilitation service.
- Design, implement and evaluate education programs, orientation and mandatory training initiatives
- Mentor and support nursing staff to achieve and maintain clinical competence and professional development goals
- Facilitate bedside teaching and clinical learning using advanced clinical knowledge and adult learning principles
- Partner with nursing leadership and key stakeholders to identify learning needs and drive service improvement
- Promote evidence based practice, quality improvement, patient safety and person centred care initiatives
