About the Role
As a Workforce Planner – Rostering, you will be the frontline contact for clients and staff, ensuring shifts are filled efficiently and effectively.
You'll play a key role in supporting NNP’s service delivery by creating well-coordinated rosters, responding to urgent client needs, and providing a positive experience for both clients and staff.
This role suits someone who thrives on problem-solving and enjoys building meaningful relationships with both clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for client roster and staffing requests.

Coordinate rosters for Community (Disability & Youth), Aged Care, and Home Care services using best practice staffing strategies.

Respond swiftly to last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency staffing needs.

Liaise with staff and clients via phone, email, and SMS to ensure clear, timely communication.

Maintain a professional and courteous approach in all interactions to build strong, ongoing relationships.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of recruitment and rostering priorities.

Complete handovers, maintain accurate documentation, and escalate any concerns as required.

Support general office operations and assist with phones, emails, and administrative tasks as needed.

Contribute to WHS compliance and continuous improvement of rostering processes.

Take a proactive approach to staff engagement by offering shift opportunities respectfully and equitably.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

Experience working in administration

Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination a benefit but not essential
