Window Cleaner – Casual | Northern Beaches
$35–$40/hr + super | Paid Training | Long-Term Opportunity
G’DAY CLEAN is looking for a reliable and hardworking Window Cleaner to join our team.
We specialise mainly in residential window cleaning across the Northern Beaches, Mosman and Lower North Shore, with some commercial work. We strongly prefer applicants who live on or near the Northern Beaches.
The Role
- Residential and commercial window cleaning
- Internal and external windows using traditional squeegee and water-fed pole systems
- Ladder work, occasional roof access and gutter cleaning
- Monday to Friday availability required, with occasional Saturday work
- Start around 7:30am, generally finishing between 2:00pm–4:00pm depending on workload
- No high-rise or rope-access work
Hours can vary depending on workload, season and weather.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Physically fit and comfortable with ladders and heights
- Good attention to detail and a professional attitude with customers
- Valid Australian driver licence and reliable vehicle
- Valid Australian working rights
- Window or gutter cleaning experience preferred, but not essential for the right person
Pay & Benefits
- $35–$40/hr + super, depending on experience and ability
- 2–3 weeks paid on-the-job training where required
- All professional equipment and chemicals provided
- Work-related fuel costs covered
