NDIS Support Worker (Male, Arabic-Speaking) – ASD Experience Required
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate male NDIS Support Worker who is Arabic-speaking and experienced in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will provide person-centred support to help build independence, routine, and social engagement.
Schedule
- Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
- Hours: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Total: 24 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily living and community access support
- Implement structured routines tailored to ASD needs
- Support emotional regulation and behavioural strategies
- Assist with social skill development and engagement
- Maintain clear documentation and communication with the care team
Requirements
- Male support worker (client preference)
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with ASD
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
