We're a premium cleaning and property care business, five years established on the Gold Coast, working across high-end residential homes, Airbnb properties and boutique commercial spaces.
We're looking for one reliable contractor for a genuinely stable, ongoing position — someone who wants this to be part of their regular income for the long haul, not a temporary fill-in. We invest properly in the people who join us.
You'll be assigned to a set group of properties and trained thoroughly so you know each job inside and out — the standards, the layout, the details that matter. We run everything through a dedicated work app, with clear processes, checklists and property information for every job, so you're never guessing what's expected.
This role requires genuine commitment.
We need someone available a minimum of 3 days per week, with Wednesdays required every week without exception. Work is generally between 7:30am and 3:00pm.
This suits: A professional cleaner, or a mature worker with solid experience in a comparable industry (hospitality, housekeeping, aged care or similar), looking for stable, ongoing extra income — not a short-term arrangement.
You will need:
Your own reliable car — non-negotiable, this role requires daily travel between properties
Your own tools and equipment
A valid ABN
Minimum 3 days per week availability, including every Wednesday
Genuine, demonstrated cleaning or comparable industry experience
A reference from a current or recent client or employer A long-term outlook — we are hiring for stability, not a season
What you'll get: $38–$45 per hour depending on experience and role
