We're looking for an experienced Barista & All-Rounder to join our team at Morris + Heath in Hoppers Crossing.
We're a busy, well-established café known for exceptional coffee, quality food and genuine hospitality. Our customers return because they know they'll receive consistently great service, so we're looking for someone who brings both technical coffee skills and a warm, positive attitude to every shift.

About the Role
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll spend time behind the coffee machine, supporting your teammates during busy services, delivering coffees to tables when needed and helping create a memorable experience for every customer who walks through the door.
We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to jump in wherever they're needed and understands that great hospitality is a team effort.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' specialty coffee experience
- Confident working independently on the coffee machine
- Able to work seamlessly alongside other baristas during busy service
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing and workflow
- Comfortable maintaining quality while working under pressure
- Happy to run coffees, assist on the floor and support the wider team whenever required
- A bright, energetic personality with outstanding customer service skills
- Someone who enjoys building relationships with regular customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Reliable, proactive and able to multitask
- A positive team player who takes pride in their work
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare consistently high-quality espresso-based coffee
- Dial in coffee and maintain quality throughout the day
- Work efficiently during high-volume service
- Deliver food and drinks to tables when required
- Provide friendly, genuine service to every customer
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Help maintain a clean, organised and professional café environment
- Support your teammates across all areas of the café to ensure smooth service

Pay: $26.44 – $48.60 per hour
