We are currently seeking a hands-on and mechanically minded Line Operator to join our manufacturing team at our Horsley Park facility.

This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the Shift Supervisor. You will be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring our production lines operate safely and efficiently.
- 80-hour fortnight
- Rotating 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM & 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Averaging 40 hours per week
Overtime is built into the roster, with additional overtime opportunities available.
- Operate and monitor beverage filling and packaging machinery to ensure safe and efficient production
- Troubleshoot minor production issues and escalate where required
- Assist with changeovers and preventative maintenance tasks
- Keep raw materials and packaging supplies stocked to support continuous production
- Maintain hygiene and quality standards in line with HACCP and GMP requirements
- Experience in FMCG or a similar fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to problem-solve under pressure
- Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and hygiene protocols
- Experience with Krones/Kosme production lines or PET manufacturing (advantageous)
- Current forklift licence (desirable)
- Valid Australian driver's licence (limited public transport available)
