Your new role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and vibrant team members who are willing to learn new skills and develop their career in the education industry. As part of an energetic supportive team, you will be responsible for providing student support to ensure a positive learning experience.
What you will be doing:
- Ensuring each student has an unforgettable learning experience.
- Providing exceptional customer service (to students, staff, agents and visitors).
- Assisting students with requests/general enquiries related to their course(s) in person, via email, phone and LiveChat.
- Ensuring that students receive a one-touch solution with their requests.
- Assisting with monitoring and communicating student well-being and course progress.
- Continuously helping to enhance student experience on campus and in a virtual learning environment.
What you’ll Need to succeed:
- Passion for advocating on behalf of students and their learning experience.
- Strong ability to understand and unpack each student’s request or feedback.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and case management.
- Friendly, welcoming and caring personality.
- Willingness to learn.
- Digital literacy skills.
- Fluency in a second language is not essential but highly regarded.

Remuneration in accordance with the Education Services (Post-Secondary Education) Award 2020, starting from Level 3.1 depending on experience and qualifications.
