Ben Roy Cabinets is a locally owned business based in Alstonville, specialising in high-end residential and commercial joinery throughout the Northern Rivers.

We are looking for a motivated apprentice or qualified cabinet maker to join our growing team.
About The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in cabinet making. You will work alongside experienced tradesmen on a wide variety of bespoke projects, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of the trade.
Your duties may include:
- Manufacturing custom cabinetry and joinery.
- Assembly of kitchens, wardrobes, vanities and bespoke furniture.
- On-site installation of cabinetry.
- Operating and learning workshop machinery and tools.
- Reading and interpreting plans.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment.
- Working as part of a small, supportive team.
About You
For Apprentices:
- Genuine interest in cabinet making and woodworking.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Good attention to detail.
- Driver's licence and own transport.
For Qualified Cabinet Makers:
- Trade qualification in Cabinet Making or equivalent.
- Experience in manufacturing and/or installing custom cabinetry.
- Ability to read plans and work independently.
- Pride in producing high-quality workmanship.
- Current driver's licence.
