This role sits right at the beginning of that journey. This is not about waiting in a display for walk-ins.
You will be the first real conversation for customers who have started exploring their new home. You will take that initial enquiry and help them turn ideas into something tangible, guiding them through designs, inclusions, budgets and next steps.
Most days this happens over the phone or via video. Other days you might meet a customer in a display, walk them through a home, or stand with them on their block.
You will hold the early part of the build journey, creating clarity, building confidence and helping customers move towards deposit.

Connecting with customers as they begin their building journey

Understanding how they want to live, not just what they want to build

Guiding them through home designs, layouts and inclusions

Explaining the build process, pricing and decision points

Working through siting, quotations and tailored options

Managing the journey through to deposit and handover to pre-construction

Keeping your pipeline moving with strong follow up and clear communication

Working closely with drafting, estimating and internal teams
You are comfortable guiding people through big decisions. You bring structure without making it feel transactional, and you know how to keep momentum without rushing the customer.
You will likely bring:

Experience in new home building, property or a consultative environment

The ability to talk through design, inclusions and lifestyle with confidence

Strong organisation and follow up habits

A clear and simple way of explaining complex information

Confidence working across phone, video and in person

Flexibility to work weekends and meet customers when it suits them
