Soi 25 is a hatted upscale casual Thai restaurant in Pyrmont with a loyal local following. We're after an experienced FOH team member who can carry a section confidently and read a room.
The role
- Greet, seat, and look after guests through their meal
- Take orders, run food and drinks, manage timing with the kitchen
- Handle dietaries and allergies with care
- Keep the floor sharp — presentation, clearing, resets
About you
- Minimum 2 years' hospitality customer service experience
- Confident on POS
- Current RSA
- Warm, composed, presentable
- Knowledge of Thai food a plus, not essential — we'll train the menu
The offer
- 20–30 hours per week including Friday and Saturday evenings
- $34/hr flat plus tips
- Looking to start in 3–4 weeks
Pay: $34.00 per hour
