Lone Star Rib House Marsden Park is opening soon, and we are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our opening team.
This is an opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who wants more than just another management role. You will be part of building the culture, setting the standards and creating a restaurant that guests want to come back to.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to lead a team and understands what it takes to run a successful restaurant.
About the role:
- Take ownership of the daily operations of the restaurant
- Lead, train and develop a strong hospitality team
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through great service and attention to detail
- Maintain high standards across food, service and cleanliness
- Manage rostering, labour costs and operational performance
- Be hands-on during service and support the team when it matters most
- Help establish systems and culture during the opening phase
About you:
- Previous Restaurant Manager experience is essential
- Experience running a busy restaurant environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a team
- A hands-on approach with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Commercially minded with an understanding of restaurant performance
- Someone who takes pride in their venue and leads by example
This role is suited to a manager who enjoys being involved, solving problems and making things happen. You will be visible on the floor, supporting your team and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
