STORE MANAGER – SUBWAY SOUTH YARRA
Location: South Yarra, VIC
Position: Permanent Part-Time / Full-Time
Hours: 5 days per week | 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Store Manager to manage the day-to-day morning operations of our busy Subway store in South Yarra.
This is a permanent position with fixed morning hours, ideal for someone looking for stable and consistent work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the store independently during morning operations
- Order stock and manage inventory
- Prepare and manage weekly staff rosters
- Lead, train and manage staff
- Allocate daily duties and ensure the team is working efficiently
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness and presentation
- Monitor stock levels and minimise wastage
- Complete opening procedures and ensure the store is ready for trade
- Follow Subway food safety and operational standards
- Handle customer issues professionally
- Monitor daily sales and store performance
- Ensure staff follow company policies and procedures
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in managing people
- Confident with staff rostering and shift management
- Experienced with stock ordering and inventory
- Reliable, organised and responsible
- Able to work independently and make decisions
- Hands-on and willing to assist the team when required
- Friendly and customer-focused
- Available 5 days every week from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Looking for a long-term permanent position
Preference will be given to candidates who live close to South Yarra, as reliability and consistent attendance are important for this role.
Pay: $30.00 per hour
