Own the plan. Influence the outcome.
At Nu-Pure Beverages, we manufacture at scale in a fast-paced FMCG environment, supplying major retailers and private-label partners across Australia.
As we continue to strengthen our supply chain capability, we're looking for a high-performing Tactical Planner to take ownership of the plan at our Stapylton site.
Reporting to the National Planning Manager, this role plays a critical part in translating demand into clear, executable production outcomes in a high-volume environment.
This is a 12-month max-term parental leave contract, with the potential to become permanent as the business continues to grow.
About the Role
This is not a purely transactional planning role - you'll be embedded in site operations, working closely with Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain to make decisions that directly impact performance.
You'll need to balance demand, capacity, and material availability in real time, while keeping the plan stable and achievable.
This role suits someone comfortable working in a high-volume manufacturing environment where priorities shift quickly - and who can stay in control when they do.
What You'll Be Responsible For

- Adjusting plans in real time based on changing demand and constraints
- Working closely with Production to ensure plans are realistic and deliverable
- Ensuring materials are available to support uninterrupted production
- Monitoring and actively managing inventory risks
- Driving alignment across teams when priorities compete
- Using data and insight to improve planning outcomes
- Identifying risks early and taking action before they impact performance
What Success Looks Like
- Production runs to plan with minimal disruption driven by planning factors
- Materials are consistently available to support output
- Inventory is controlled and optimised
- Plans are clear, understood, and adjusted quickly when needed
- You are a trusted, go-to partner across the site
About You
You're not just maintaining a plan - you're comfortable owning it, challenging it, and improving it.
You will bring:
- Experience in production or supply chain planning within an FMCG or manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical capability and confidence working with data and systems
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/planning systems (Oracle desirable)
- Solid understanding of inventory, forecasting, and production scheduling
- The ability to work closely with operations and influence outcomes on the floor
- High attention to detail, strong ownership, and a proactive mindset
- The ability to manage competing priorities without losing control
Experience with Power BI or similar tools and exposure to improving planning processes or systems will be highly regarded.
