This is a key leadership role focused on ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the entire site, driving sales, and guaranteeing top-quality customer service around the clock.
About the Role
Reporting to the business owner, you will be responsible for the complete management of the store, team, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee all day-to-day retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient store management.
● Lead, train, and develop a dedicated team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales.
● Monitor inventory, sales performance, and stock levels to ensure optimal product availability.
● Implement and evaluate marketing strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
● Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
● Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls to meet business targets.
● Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
● Prepare regular reports on sales, team performance, and operational issues.
● Plan and organize special displays, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
● Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for fuel retail and fast food service.
● Ensure compliance with fuel retail regulations and safety standards.

Skills and Experience
● At least 1-2 years of work experience in the Retail Sector.
● Proven experience in retail management or a related field.
● Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
● Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
● Knowledge of stock control, inventory management, and retail software systems.
● A strong sales focus with the ability to drive business growth.
● A valid Australian driver's license.
● Relevant qualifications in retail, management, or business (desirable).
● Experience in petroleum retail or convenience store operations (preferred).
● Computer literacy including POS systems and inventory management software (preferred).
