We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and patient-focused dentist to join our growing team at Smiles @ Bronberg. The successful candidate will provide high-quality dental care across all aspects of general dentistry, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative dentistry, preventive care, extractions and emergency dental treatment.
The role involves building strong relationships with patients, educating them on oral health and delivering treatment in a caring and professional manner. You will work alongside an experienced and supportive team in a modern practice with an established patient base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.
- Develop and present treatment plans tailored to patients' needs.
- Perform a range of general dental procedures, including restorations, crowns, extractions, and preventive treatments.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with infection control and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver exceptional patient care and communication.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience.
Essential Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Dentist.
- Professional indemnity insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, ethical patient care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
- Experience in all aspects of general dentistry.
- Interest in building long-term patient relationships.
- Experience with digital dentistry and modern dental technologies.
Pay: $89,214.88 – $226,238.98 per year
