we are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to support and lead kitchen operations as the brand continues to grow.
We have recently started offering dinner service, and we are now looking for a chef who can strengthen and manage the daytime kitchen operations, while helping maintain consistency and quality across both services.
This role is ideal for a chef who values quality, organisation, creativity, and balance. You will be responsible for breakfast and lunch service, prep, stock control, and maintaining high food standards. You will also contribute to menu development with a focus on fresh, healthy, and well-executed dishes, while supporting smooth transitions between day and evening operations.
Key responsibilities include food preparation and service, supervising kitchen workflow, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and working closely with the owner and front-of-house team to ensure efficient daily operations. You will play a vital role in setting systems and standards that allow the business to scale.
