Job description
ORSO is looking for experienced hospitality front-of-house section waiters and professionals.
Must be available to work nights and weekends. 20 - 25 hours are currently available, more can be offered to the right candidate.
Skills required
Previous restaurant experience, within a Fine Dining environment, is desirable but not essential
Can carry 3 plates
Can work a section of up to 10 tables
Up to date RSA
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Sharp eye for detail with the ability to uphold and elevate standards
The ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
A can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a small team
Drive, initiative and passion for the Food & Beverage industry
Willingness to want to learn and develop your hospitality skills
Highly desired but not essential
Extensive food and wine knowledge
Experience using Now Book it and Kounta
Up to date First-Aid Certificate
