About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef, Demi Chef or Chef de Partie
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Trade qualifications in Commercial Cookery (or currently completing)
- Full Australian working rights

Working alongside our Head Chef and senior kitchen team, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality meals and maintaining the high standards our members have come to expect. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking meals to a consistently high standard
- Assisting with daily kitchen operations during service
- Maintaining food quality, presentation and portion control
- Supporting menu preparation and seasonal specials
- Assisting with stock rotation, storage and waste minimisation
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
- Contributing to a positive, professional and team-focused kitchen culture
