The Role:
As the Manager of our flagship store, you’ll be the maestro of the mozzarella, the sultan of the slices, and the captain of our culinary ship. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Leading a Young, Energetic Team:
Our team is young, hungry, and ready to make waves (or just really great pizza). You’ll be their fearless leader.
Hitting Targets:
You’ll have your eye on the prize, managing labour, sales, and costs of goods like a pro. Think of it as a game, and you’re here to win.
Customer Service Royalty:
We want our customers to feel like pizza royalty. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to make sure every single one of them leaves with a smile and 8 slices.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in Food (Pizza is a Bonus): While we love a good pizza pedigree, it’s not a deal-breaker. If you’ve got the passion and some experience in management, we want to hear from you.
Management Skills:
You’ve got a track record of leading teams to victory, or at least to really good pizza.
Customer Service:
You live to make people happy. You understand that a happy customer is a returning customer.
