As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our upcoming Fortitude Valley team. This is an opportunity for someone who loves retail, enjoys developing people and takes pride in creating exceptional customer experiences while driving strong commercial outcomes.
About The Role:
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves retail, thrives in a fast-paced environment and believes exceptional customer experience is in the details.
Key responsibilities:
- Create a seamless, supportive and memorable in-store experience
- Lead, motivate and connect with your team
- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
- Keep operations running smoothly (stock, VM, compliance - the works)
- Ensure the store always feels calm, clean, considered and beautifully stocked
- Handle customer questions and concerns with confidence and care
You’ll be a true brand ambassador - bringing The Memo DNA to life every day. That means energy, warmth, initiative and a genuine desire to help.
About You:
You’re an experienced Store Manager who pairs genuine care with strong customer instinct. You take pride in running an efficient and welcoming store, and know how to get the best out of a team.
You:
- Have proven experience in a similar retail leadership role
- Lead by example and bring positive energy to your team
- Are customer-first in everything you do
- Thrive in busy environments and keep your cool under pressure
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Are confident with Word, Excel and email
- Have VM and operational experience with a keen eye for detail
