As the Bar Manager at The Firehouse, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the venues bar operations and drinks programs. This full-time role is based in Ringwood with a focus on the beer garden (150pax) and garage bar (80pax). This space is in significant growth (+30%) year on year and has the potential to double in the next 12-18months
The bar manager will be involved leading all bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive profitability for the business.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the daily operations of the garage bar, ensuring efficient and excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve bar performance, increase revenue and control costs
- Recruit, train and supervise bar staff to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge
- Maintain accurate inventory, ordering and stock control procedures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant liquor licensing and health and safety regulations
- Liaise with the management team to identify and implement service improvements
- Foster a positive, customer-focused culture within the bar team
- Reporting to the venue manager

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
