About the role
As a Principal Delivery Lead (Telecommunications), you will provide technical leadership and end-to-end delivery oversight across a critical telecommunications network domain, ensuring high-quality outcomes for both customers and the business.
Additionally, you'll:

Act as the key interface between customers, engineering teams, project stakeholders and field resources

Lead the planning, prioritisation and execution of telecommunications delivery programs

Drive service performance, governance, quality and customer satisfaction outcomes
-
Manage risks, issues, escalations and continuous improvement initiatives
-
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, industry standards and operational procedures
-
Support technical reviews, delivery optimisation and operational excellence activities across your domain
About you

Minimum 10 years' experience within telecommunications engineering, delivery or network operations environments

Strong understanding of optical and microwave transport networks, Carrier Ethernet, SDH, and related transmission technologies

Demonstrated experience leading complex customer-facing telecommunications projects or programs

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
-
Qualifications in Telecommunications, Engineering, ICT, Project Management or a related discipline are highly regarded
-
Candidates must currently reside in the Sydney metropolitan area or be willing to relocate to Sydney, NSW
