We are looking for an experienced Light Vehicle Mechanic to join our team. We are flexible to both Permanent and Casual positions reporting to the Workshop Manager.
Accountabilities of the role:
- Maintain and adhere to a safe work environment.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles.
- Carry out designated tasks as outlined by the Supervisor.
- Perform inspections to ensure safety and operational standards are met.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to determine the most effective solutions.
- Complete relevant documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize vehicle performance.
About you:
- Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology - Light Vehicle.
- Hold a valid WA Manual Driver’s License, White/Blue Card, Forklift Ticket.
- Have experience working on Toyotas and diagnosing and repairing light vehicle issues.
- Be able to complete a pre-employment medical screening.
- Full Australian Working Rights.
- Demonstrate strong diagnostic and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
