Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor and based at our Karratha site, you will join a busy team delivering great service and building strong customer relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.
This is a 12 month contract position.
What you will be doing:
- Answering and responding to incoming calls and enquiries
- Providing quotations and following through to order placement and successful on-time delivery to customers
- Liaising with the broader business to best service our customers
- Procuring product for customer orders
- General administration duties
