The Lawyers Hub is an Australian legal-tech platform connecting Australians with verified legal practitioners through a modern, technology-driven marketplace.
We're looking for an experienced Growth & Onboarding Manager to own the complete customer journey, from lead generation through to onboarding, customer success and retention. Working directly with the founders, you'll play a key role in growing our lawyer network across Australia.
Your Responsibilities
- Contact and convert inbound leads from Meta, LinkedIn, Google and other marketing channels.
- Conduct outbound cold calling and personalised cold-email campaigns to law firms and legal practitioners.
- Research prospective clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and confidently present the platform.
- Guide lawyers through the onboarding process and ensure profiles are completed and activated.
- Build long-term relationships with lawyers and law firms.
- Re-engage inactive leads and manage ongoing follow-up.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline.
- Provide weekly reporting on sales activity, conversions and performance.
- Work with the founders to improve lead generation, conversion rates, customer experience and overall business growth.
Essential Experience
Applicants must demonstrate:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales.
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience selling SaaS, technology, marketplace or subscription-based products.
- Proven success converting inbound leads and generating business through outbound prospecting.
- Experience conducting product demonstrations and customer onboarding.
- Strong customer relationship management and retention experience.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho or similar.
- A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
