We work with patients across Australia on biomarker-driven care, personalised protocols, and prescription therapies including peptide therapy. We're not a volume clinic, our model is built on comprehensive patient profiling, detailed pathology, and ongoing clinical oversight.
The Opportunity
We're looking for endorsed Nurse Practitioners who want to work at the forefront of longevity and preventive medicine, on their own schedule, without the overhead of a traditional clinic.
This is a contractor consulting role. You'll consult with patients via our telehealth platform, review comprehensive biomarker panels, and contribute to personalised protocols based on individual clinical findings. If you have an interest in peptide therapy and want to practise in a space that takes clinical rigour seriously, this is worth a conversation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting telehealth consultations with adult patients across Australia
- Reviewing and interpreting comprehensive pathology and biomarker data
- Designing and contributing to personalised health optimisation protocols
- Making prescribing decisions within your NP scope of practice, including peptide therapy where clinically appropriate
- Collaborating with the broader Thrive Rx clinical team
What We're Looking For
- AHPRA registration as an endorsed Nurse Practitioner, no conditions or restrictions
- Minimum of 1+ years experience as an endorsed Nurse Practitioner
- Current general professional indemnity insurance (required, practitioner's own responsibility)
- A genuine interest in longevity medicine, health optimisation, and peptide therapy
- Comfortable working in a telehealth environment
- Strong written communication for patient documentation and care plans
Experience in functional or integrative medicine is welcome but not essential — we support NPs entering this space.
