- Managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organised, correspondence is controlled, and filing systems are properly assigned and monitored.
- Ordering of supplies and equipment as needed

- Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
- HR duties - run recruitment process for business
- Provide assistance to the Finance team in managing relationships with vendors, service providers and homeowners, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts, and office systems
- Assist with developing standards and promoting activities that enhance operational procedures and efficiencies
- Establish, organise and monitor office operations and procedures for record keeping
- Monitor and improve internal processes ongoing
- Identifying and highlighting further opportunities for process improvements
- Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment
- Supporting the recruitment process
- Manage internal staff relations
- Organising company social events
- Assist in setting and reviewing staff quality performance standards
Qualifications:
Diploma or Advanced Diploma
Experience:
At least 1 year in a relevant field as a Office Manager
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
