Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable On-site Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users in a variety of environments, ensuring that hardware and software systems function efficiently and effectively. You will work directly with clients and employees to resolve issues, implement solutions, and enhance overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities

Installation of new EUC hardware
-
Imaging of devices
-
Installation of applications
-
Transfer of user data
-
Basic troubleshooting
-
Liaising with Healthscope EUC IT support teams for 3rd level support
Expected Skills
-
Windows 10/11 computer exposure
-
Software on computer installation and basic trouble shooting
-
Printer installation (Canon) and trouble shooting
-
Network Patch Cabling in Comms Room to Patch Panels
-
Act as a conduit between IT and the Business
-
Must have good people skills
-
Exposure to Incident / Request Management systems to manage tickets to closure (Level 2 Support)

Other: Some after hours / weekend work is required as directed by ICT Lead Site Coordinator
