Private Client Advisor (Lead Conversion & Assessment)
Men’s Development Academy
The Opportunity
An opportunity has become available within the Men’s Development Academy to support the continued growth of our client advisory and acquisition division.
This role is best suited to someone with existing skillset in sales and also client advisory roles. This is a unique, purpose built role which requires sales performance skills in booking, and following up with leads, and also conducting in-depth Private Client Assessments (similar to a quotation or pre-approval process in the finance industry). You’ll be looking for a consistent, stable role to take full ownership of and ideally have a background operating in a professional environment similar to finance, consulting, or brokerage.
You will work closely with senior team members to manage inbound demand, assess prospective clients, and maintain a high-quality pipeline.
Who is the Men’s Development Academy?
The Men’s Development Academy is a black label coaching and development organisation for men who, on paper, are high performers, but internally feel unfulfilled, attract toxic relationships, and struggle with self-esteem issues.
We operate in a similar category to high-end advisory services with a focus on consulting, where outcomes are driven by:
- Precision in assessment • Quality of client selection • Certainty with guaranteed client results
The Role…
This position functions similarly to a Broker Associate, with responsibility across pipeline management, client assessment, and early-stage conversion.

Your responsibilities include:
Lead & Pipeline Management
- Managing inbound and warm leads through Go High Level• Maintaining consistent follow-up across all stages of the pipeline • Re-engaging inactive or unresponsive prospects • Rebooking missed or cancelled appointments
Client Assessment
- Conducting structured pre-call conversations with prospective clients • Assessing suitability, readiness, and alignment with the program • Identifying high-quality candidates for progression • Maintaining clear and accurate records of all interactions
Advisory & Conversion Support
- Guiding qualified prospects toward booking and attending calls• Handling initial objections and resistance professionally• Supporting senior advisors/closers with well-qualified prospects• Ensuring a high standard of client experience throughout
The Environment
You will be working within a high-performance, professional team, where standards are aligned more closely with:
- Finance • Consulting • Advisory services
This is only partially a volume-based setting role – more importantly is that ideal clients are put in front of Senior Advisors to map personal growth solutions.
Success is measured by:
- Quality of conversations • Strength of assessments • Pipeline integrity • Conversion outcomes
Compensation
- Base salary + performance-based commission • Commission linked to qualified appointments who convert into clients• Clear pathway to increased earnings as capability and performance grow
Requirements
- Experience in sales, client services, advisory, or similar (preferred but not essential)• Strong written and verbal communication skills • High level of organisation and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously • Comfortable operating in structured processes and systems
Non-Negotiables
- You follow through consistently - no dropped leads• You communicate clearly, directly, and professionally • You are comfortable having high-trust conversations with high-performing individuals• You take ownership of outcomes, not just activity
