About The Role
Your primary role will be to complete detailed engineering design across a diverse range of projects. This role is ideal for someone wanting to develop their skills in the residential and commercial space with plenty of room for growth and development.
Salary - $80,000-$90,000 + SUPER
Responsibilities
- Structural Engineering / Design of Residential homes, commercial buildings
- Temporary works design for projects in construction
- Preparation of calculation packages
- Preparation of drawings - Bluebeam, AutoCAD and Revit
- Daily communication with clients
Qualifications
We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable person with the following qualities:
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering preferred but not essential)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an engineering consultancy environment
- Proficiency in structural design software (Structural Toolkit, Bluebeam, SpaceGass, AutoCAD/Revit)
- Understanding of Australian Standards & design principles
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent English communication skills – able to speak and write clearly and concisely
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Australian Drivers License (You may be required to attend site visits)
