About the Role
As a Baker at Bakers Delight, you’ll be responsible for producing fresh, high-quality bread and baked goods each day while maintaining our strong standards of consistency, food safety, and presentation. You’ll work as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced but rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Mixing, baking, and finishing a wide range of Bakers Delight products
- Maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety
- Following production schedules and recipes accurately
- Working efficiently to meet daily production requirements
- Supporting and working collaboratively with the baking team
What We’re Looking For
- Baking experience preferred (qualified or experienced bakers encouraged to apply)
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work early mornings and/or weekends
- A team-first attitude with good communication skills
- Reliability and pride in your work
