We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a 5-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity leave cover. This position can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis, depending on the successful candidate.
This role provides coordinated administrative, commercial, customer and marketing support across our Sales function. You will work closely with our Business Development Managers and Account Managers to help progress opportunities, coordinate quotes and tenders, maintain accurate CRM and pipeline information, support customer engagement and coordinate sales-focused marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Support Sales & Business Development Coordinate incoming sales enquiries, assist with lead generation and prospect research, follow up outstanding enquiries and quotations, and support BDMs and Account Managers with day-to-day sales activities.
- Coordinate Quotations & Tenders Assist with RFQs, proposals, quotations and tender documentation, coordinate vendor pricing and internal inputs, and prepare basic Bills of Materials, scopes and agreed-margin quotations.
- Manage CRM & Sales Administration Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in ConnectWise, keep pipeline activity and opportunity stages up to date, monitor outstanding opportunities and maintain sales documentation.
- Coordinate Marketing Activities Support the coordination of social media, EDMs, campaigns, events, awards, customer case studies, project photography, website updates and other sales-focused marketing initiatives.
- Support Customers & Internal Teams Maintain day-to-day customer communication and work closely with Sales, Service, Presales, Estimating and other teams to ensure enquiries and opportunities continue to progress.
- Improve Sales Processes Assist with developing and maintaining templates, standard responses and processes that improve the efficiency, consistency and quality of sales administration and workflows.

- Confident working with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Ability to work proactively and follow up actions through to completion
Desirable

Previous experience in sales administration, sales coordination, marketing coordination or a similar role
- Experience working with CRM systems, ideally ConnectWise
- Experience coordinating quotations, proposals or tender documentation
- Exposure to marketing campaigns, EDMs, social media or customer communications
- Experience within the technology, AV or professional services industry
