What You'll Do:

In this diverse role, you'll coordinate a range of programs and initiatives that support the health, safety and wellbeing of our people, including:

Coordinate occupational hygiene, health monitoring and injury prevention initiatives, including manual handling assessments and task analysis activities.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of health, wellbeing and injury prevention programs, identifying opportunities to improve outcomes and reduce workplace risk.

Coordinate workplace health initiatives, including Drug and Alcohol, vaccination, Mental Health First Aid, Resilience First Aid and other health promotion programs.
- Support the delivery of Live & Work Better initiatives and coordinate the Live & Work Better Awards program.

Coordinate and support the Peer Support Network, including recruitment, training, engagement activities, communications and program effectiveness.

Develop and deliver health, wellbeing and psychosocial awareness initiatives, training and communications.

Support psychosocial risk management activities by assisting with action plans, building awareness of workplace risks and promoting practical tools and resources for leaders and employees.

Provide injury management and return to work support.

Provide local HSEQ support to Head Office and EXTC, contributing to site compliance, contractor management and continuous improvement activities.

Work collaboratively with employees, leaders and external providers to deliver positive health, safety and wellbeing outcomes.
About You:
We're looking for someone who is organised, approachable and confident engaging with people at all levels of the business.
You will ideally bring:
-
Minimum 3 years' experience in Occupational Health, Health & Wellbeing, HSEQ, or a similar coordination role.

An understanding of occupational hygiene, workplace health, wellbeing.
-
An understanding of psychosocial risk management principles will be highly regarded.

Experience coordinating programs, service providers, or business initiatives.

Confidence developing and facilitating training sessions, workshops, toolbox talks or awareness activities.

Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills.

The ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective working relationships.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.

A current driver's licence.

Experience within manufacturing, mining, engineering, construction or other operational environments will be highly regarded.
