Big Event Picnic Tables – Lilydale
Casual | Approx. 16–24 hours per week
We're looking for a practical, hands-on person to join our Lilydale VIC warehouse team, helping us keep our event furniture maintained, organised and ready to head out to some of the biggest events across NSW.
This is a great role for someone who likes variety, enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in keeping things organised.
We're ideally looking for someone who is available Tuesdays and Wednesdays, as these will generally be our main warehouse days. There may also be additional hours available on other days from time to time, particularly during our busy event periods.

- Sanding, painting and touching up furniture
- Packing and preparing upcoming event jobs
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Operating a forklift
- Checking furniture and equipment as it returns from events
- Making sure everything is clean, maintained and ready for the next job
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organised
- Organising and storing stock to make the best use of our warehouse space
What we're looking for
- Current forklift licence – essential
- Basic carpentry and handyman skills
- Basic painting skills
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
- Organised and good at problem solving
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Someone who takes pride in their work
- Someone who can see what needs to be done without always needing direction
Are you good at real-life Tetris?
This is actually important!
We have a lot of furniture moving in and out of our warehouse, so we're looking for someone who's naturally good at working out how to fit, stack and store things safely while making the most of the space available.
If you're the type of person who looks at a packed truck or warehouse and thinks, "I can make that fit better," we want to hear from you.
Initiative is a big one for us
There will always be something that needs cleaning, repairing, painting, packing or organising.
We're not looking for someone who finishes a task and then waits to be told what to do next.
We're looking for someone who can look around, see what needs doing and get stuck into it.
See it. Sort it. Get it done.
If you're practical, reliable, organised and enjoy the satisfaction of getting things ready and keeping a warehouse running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
