We are looking for passionate Barista to join our team at Paradise Point!
What We’re Looking For:
* Barista Experience: at least 1 year experience as a barista is needed( This is not an entry-level position; prior experience is required.)
* Front-of-House Experience: Skilled in customer service.
* Motivated and Reliable: A self-starter with a commitment to excellence.
* Customer Service Excellence: Warm, friendly, and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
* Completes all tasks independently and responsibly.
* Able to work under pressure and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
*Location: Paradise point 4216
Casual position, around 15-20 hours per week including weekends. Must be available for closing shifts to 2:30pm and at least 1day available in the weekends. Recommended have your own vehicle to get to cafe. Paid at the Hospitality Award rate.
