About the Position
You will join an innovative and dynamic team who are committed to contributing to the strategic growth and patient care philosophy of PRP. With a focus on the Central Coast region, you will engage with a wide variety of stakeholders providing advice, guidance and coaching on a diverse range of P&C topics to support leaders with achieving the strategic goals of PRP. This position requires an individual who is passionate about business partnering and uplifting the capability of our leaders.
You will:
- Coach and support leaders through the full employee lifecycle — onboarding, probation, performance, development and offboarding and lifting their confidence to handle people matters themselves
- Manage employee relations matters end to end, including grievances and performance concerns
- Drive engagement and culture initiatives within your regional, translating organisation-wide programs into practical action on the ground
- Contribute to the annual performance and remuneration review cycle, supporting leaders through calibration, ratings and pay conversations
- Partner on workforce planning and organisational design as the region grows
- Support WHS and wellbeing, promoting a safe environment and working alongside leaders on workers' compensation and return-to-work matters
- Champion continuous improvement — identifying gaps in process, policy or documentation and making things simpler and clearer for leaders and staff
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation by delivering various change programs and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, teamwork and commitment. You will promote a positive work culture and safety awareness through clear communication, accessible documentation and compliance.
About You
You will be an experienced P&C Business Partner, who is driven by engaging and developing people focused solutions supporting leaders to uplift the capability of our team. You must have outstanding influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and advice. You will be a gifted communicator, who thrives on the opportunity to work autonomously, within a supportive environment.
