We have multiple Full-Time, Part-Time and Casual opportunities available.
About the Role
As a Mobile Patrol Officer, you will play a key role in protecting our clients' people, property and assets through proactive patrols, alarm response and incident management.
Your duties will include:
- Conducting scheduled and random mobile patrols of client sites
- Responding to alarms and security incidents
- Lock-up and unlock services
- Incident reporting and documentation
- Conducting welfare checks and site inspections
- Liaising professionally with clients, emergency services and members of the public
- Maintaining a high standard of professional presentation and customer service
- Working independently while remaining connected to our Operations Centre
Essential Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- Current ACT Security Licence
- NSW Security Licence highly regarded
- Certificate II in Security Operations
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Australian Citizenship or unrestricted working rights in Australia

- Electronic security systems
- Defence, government or critical infrastructure security environments

Pay: $49,900.00 – $88,107.23 per year
