Who we are looking for
We are looking for a friendly and confident individual who will be able to speak to current members and encourage new members to sign up. Experience with customer service and experience in basic administrative tasks and computer skills. This person must have decent availability with the ability to cover other team members shifts and take on extra shifts at times.
You will be required to take on the following roles and tasks:
- Membership consulting
- Sales calls/ making sales
- administrative tasks
- Gym resets
- Hitting targets
- Creating content with the team
- Working efficiently to get through daily tasks
