We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate the organisation’s sales and marketing operations and drive strategic business growth across all service divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the organisation’s sales and marketing operations to support strategic business growth across recruitment, migration, education, and workforce service divisions
- Develop and implement sales and marketing policies, objectives, and strategic plans aligned with organisational goals
- Direct market research and analyse customer trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market positioning
- Establish pricing, promotional, and market positioning strategies to maximise revenue and market share
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and conversion metrics, and prepare strategic performance reports and sales forecasts for management
- Develop and manage sales budgets, departmental forecasts, and expenditure plans
- Lead, mentor, and supervise sales and marketing staff, contractors, and external service providers to ensure achievement of business objectives
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with employers, education providers, referral partners, and industry stakeholders to support market expansion
- Represent the organisation at industry events, business forums, and networking engagements to promote services and strengthen brand presence
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in a Sales and Marketing Manager or equivalent senior leadership role
- Proven experience developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans in a commercial environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive performance outcomes against revenue and growth targets
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and strategic planning capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience within recruitment, education, migration, hospitality, or professional services sectors will be highly regarded

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
