Neurodiverse Playhouse is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional psychologist to join us as we continue expanding our Melbourne services.
This is a unique opportunity to become part of a growing multidisciplinary practice where you'll have genuine input into how psychology services are developed, delivered and integrated with the broader allied health team.

About Neurodiverse Playhouse
We're a neurodiversity-affirming multidisciplinary practice supporting children, adolescents and their families through child-led, play-based and evidence-informed care.
Our team includes:
- Occupational Therapists
- Speech Pathologists
- Exercise Physiologists
- Paediatric Podiatrists
- Art Therapists
- Learning Integration Practitioners
Together, we work collaboratively to support every child's participation, wellbeing and confidence.
Unlike traditional clinics, we don't work in isolation—we believe the best outcomes happen when professionals learn from one another and families feel genuinely supported.
The Opportunity
As one of the early psychologists in our Melbourne team, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Provide psychological assessment and therapy for children and adolescents.
- Support emotional wellbeing, anxiety, executive functioning, school participation and self-understanding.
- Deliver parent coaching and family support.
- Work closely alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Exercise Physiologists and other clinicians.
- Help develop psychology pathways and specialised programs.
- Contribute to the introduction of innovative services, including our expanding Red Light Therapy (Photobiomodulation) program and future Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services as they are introduced into the practice.
- Grow into senior or leadership opportunities as our Melbourne team expands.
About You
You are:
- Registered with AHPRA as a General, Clinical or Registered Psychologist.
- Passionate about working with children and adolescents.
- Committed to neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based practice.
- Collaborative, curious and open to new ideas.
- Excited by innovation and multidisciplinary care.
- Looking for more than just another clinic job.
Experience working with neurodivergent children is highly regarded but not essential if you're passionate about learning within this space.
