A Contract Administrator ensures all financial dealings associated with the procurement and managing of contracts for the construction process are carried out in accordance with the program.
You will work with the Senior Contracts Administrator / Project Manager to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget by reviewing, evaluating, implementing, and overseeing all contract policies, procedures, processes, and standards. You will have the opportunity to manage subcontractors and supplier’s performance under the direction of the Senior CA or Project Manager and ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the program specifications and drawings.
The Contracts Administrator also assists in the assessment of claims and makes appropriate recommendations for payment.
