About us
Poets Cafe and The Chapel are two sides of the same kitchen. The cafe is a relaxed, seasonal, produce-led space open through the week. The Chapel is one of the area's most sought-after wedding venues, where couples celebrate with canapés, alternate drop service and table feasting.
We cook food we're proud to send out, seasonal, considered and beautifully plated. If that's how you cook too, we'd love to hear from you.
The role
We're looking for a part-time chef to join our team, working primarily across weddings and functions at The Chapel, with additional shifts in the cafe.

Day to day you'll:

- Work with the head chef on seasonal menu development and specials
- Handle prep, mise en place and service across both venues
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and stock rotation standards
- Support and communicate clearly with the kitchen and front of house teams during service
