Based in our Melbourne headquarters, we are expanding our team and seeking a qualified Insurance Agent to support customers in understanding insurance products and selecting suitable coverage options.
The Role
As a full-time Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, strengthen brand presence, and support business growth. Working across a range of digital marketing channels, you will analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective marketing strategies that contribute to commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across a range of online platforms.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing recommendations to improve lead generation and marketing effectiveness.
- Manage marketing initiatives designed to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Coordinate website content, landing pages, and conversion rate optimisation activities to improve user experience.
- Assist in the management of marketing budgets and monitor campaign performance against key business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and testing to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and support business decision-making.
- Work collaboratively with sales, compliance, and leadership teams to ensure marketing activities align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with external marketing partners, suppliers, and referral channels where required.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes, customer engagement strategies, and digital initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or a related marketing role.
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across online advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, campaign optimisation, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation systems.
- Knowledge of website optimisation, SEO principles, and digital marketing best practices.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret marketing data and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
- Experience using reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms is highly regarded.
