Home Care Support Worker | Aged Care – Albury

Are you passionate about helping others? Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we invite you to explore opportunities within our team & help support elderly customers (65+) to live independently at home.

Do you meet these minimum requirements?

Live in or near Albury area

Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept international license's or shared/rental vehicles)

Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (some weekend rosters available for experienced carers)

Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported!) Travel is required for training.

What this role offers:

Open to Entry Level & Experienced candidates

Permanent Part-Time or Casual Contracts

Permanent Contract hours: 20-30 hours per fortnight + flex up hours.

Hourly Rate: $31.13 - $34.93 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time

What You’ll Be Doing:

Entry-Level Carers: Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.

Experienced Carers: Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.

Most importantly: be a friendly face & brighten someone's day!

As a valued team member, you’ll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role – this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers. From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you’ll make a real difference in people’s lives every day.
