Hunt Community Early Learning Centre is seeking a passionate, warm and enthusiastic Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our 3-Year-Old Kindergarten team. We are a community-based service committed to high-quality early childhood education, strong relationships with families, and creating an inclusive environment where children feel safe, confident and supported to learn and grow.
## About the Role Working alongside our Early Childhood Teacher/Room Leader and educator team, you will: * Build positive and respectful relationships with children and families * Support the delivery of our 3-Year-Old Kindergarten program * Contribute to a play-based program aligned with the **EYLF and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF)** * Observe children's learning and contribute to planning, documentation and reflection * Support children's social and emotional development, independence and emerging friendships * Create engaging learning experiences based on children's strengths, interests and individual goals * Support inclusive practices and children's participation in the program * Work collaboratively with the Teacher/Room Leader and other educators * Participate in staff meetings, professional development and continuous improvement * Contribute positively to Hunt's supportive and professional team culture ## Our Commitment to Child Safety Hunt Community Child Care Centre is a Child Safe Organisation. ## About You We are looking for an educator who is: * **Diploma qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care**, or holds an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification * Passionate about working with 3-year-old children * Warm, patient, responsive and engaging * Confident contributing to educational programming and documentation * Able to work collaboratively as part of a team * Professional and confident communicating with families * Committed to reflective practice and ongoing professional development * Knowledgeable about the EYLF, VEYLDF and National Quality Framework Experience working in a kindergarten program is highly regarded.
